The sliding doors pocket open so you have full open entertaining area from the living room to the patio.  Great kitchen with eat in dining area, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and built in microwave. A very open, free flowing feel for great entertaining throughout the house and outdoor areas. The bedrooms both have tropical décor and queen size beds with dressers and there is a TV in the master bedroom.  Ceiling fans throughout the house, central air, and full size stacked washer and dryer in closet in main bathroom.

There is a large under house area for easy access to boating and relaxing. Fully fenced yard. A kayak and bike are available for your use to do your own exploring out to the open water or getting your morning bike ride to check out key deer, the Blue Hole or just a leisurely ride down Key Deer Blvd. Port Pine Heights is a very warm, friendly, wonderful, neighborhood and community that you will fall in love with while you enjoy your stay in the Fabulous Florida Keys.

Monroe County, Florida 28 Day Rule:
The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 28 days or more to no more than one party.

Peak Season Dates:
Peak Season: Runs from December through March 31st and July & August for Lobster Season.


Cancellation Policy:
Under certain conditions such as severe weather, fire or other hazardous conditions, or situations involving a particular rental property beyond our control, Century 21 Schwartz Property Sales, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any reservation. If Tenant cancels the reservation, owners or their agent will attempt to rebook the premises at the same rate. If owners or their agents are able to rebook the premises, tenant will receive a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If owners and their agent are unable to rebook the premises, Tenant’s rental payment, excluding departure-cleaning charges, will be forfeited as follows: 100% is forfeited if cancellation is within 60 days of the arrival date; 25% is forfeited if cancellation is more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.  Please notify us as soon as possible of cancellation and then send a WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Please ask the agent about CSA Travel Protection Insurance.
