The pool area includes a half bath, plenty of sitting and outdoor dining furniture an outdoor shower and a BBQ for grilling. The newly remodeled kitchen includes top of the line appliances, coffee and tea station with drink cooler and all the pots, pans and utensils you'll need. The kitchen and living room join the pool through three sets of glass french doors allowing natural light and a view of the pool from almost every room. The master bedroom features a large flat screen tv, sitting area, and glass french doors leading to a private deck overlooking the pool and lusciously landscaped back yard. In the master bathroom you'll also find your own private tranquility by relaxing in the new jacuzzi tub. This property also features a spacious lawn area for your enjoyment.

Monroe County, Florida 28 Day Rule:
The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 28 days or more to no more than one party.

Peak Season Dates:
Peak Season: Runs from December through March 31st and July & August for Lobster Season.

Cancellation Policy:
Under certain conditions such as severe weather, fire or other hazardous conditions, or situations involving a particular rental property beyond our control, Century 21 Schwartz Property Sales, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any reservation. If Tenant cancels the reservation, owners or their agent will attempt to rebook the premises at the same rate. If owners or their agents are able to rebook the premises, tenant will receive a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If owners and their agent are unable to rebook the premises, Tenant’s rental payment, excluding departure-cleaning charges, will be forfeited as follows: 100% is forfeited if cancellation is within 60 days of the arrival date; 25% is forfeited if cancellation is more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.  Please notify us as soon as possible of cancellation and then send a WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Please ask the agent about CSA Travel Protection Insurance.
